CURADEL will provide the following service and support for FLARE Devices during the term of the applicable warranty.

  1. Curadel will provide assistance to the customer through our support phone number (508-305-2355), Skype, or via email.
  2. Curadel technicians will connect remotely to the device (an Internet connection is required) at a time of the customer’s choosing to guide them through troubleshooting steps for the device.
  3. If unable to resolve the issue remotely the buyer may package the device in its original shipping crate and it send back to Curadel for repair at the company’s headquarters in Worcester, MA. If the device Warranty has expired, the cost of shipping the device to Worcester and back will be borne by the customer.

Customers of Curadel FLARE® devices may opt to purchase Curadel Platinum Service, a comprehensive maintenance and service contract that will cover each purchased device for an additional 12 (twelve) months beyond the expiration of the warranty. All maintenance and repairs on devices not under an active warranty or service contract in need of repair will be billed at the standard labor rate plus cost of parts.

The above warranties do not cover defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance, installation, repair or calibration performed by Customer or a third party not authorized by CURADEL; Customer or third party supplied hardware or software, interfacing or supplies; unauthorized modification; improper use or operation outside of the Specification for the Product; abuse, negligence, accident, loss or damage in transit; or improper site preparation.
